The casual boho-style bag worked in Catania is so roomy, it fits everything you need for a relaxed outing at the lake or a festival – and the tapestry technique makes it really sturdy. The bag is worked in single crochet stitches in spiral rounds. For the tapestry technique, you place the color strand that´s not needed onto the previous row and then "loop" it with a single crochet stitch. Therefore you don´t have any bothersome floats, there are less ends to weave in and the finished project is quite sturdy. Try it! The finished bag has a height of approx. 30 cm/11.8 in. and a circumference of 71 cm/28 in.
