CARLA Shawl, S11050
Shawl CARLA made in Summer Shine has a fancy triangular shape. The special construction results from two triangles, which are knitted one after the other. First, a long narrow triangle is knitted, where the decreases are worked on the left working edge. From the slanted edge of the first triangle, stitches are picked up and a second triangle is knitted with decreases at the right working edge and increases at the left working edge. Sounds complicated? It's not, and the lifting stitch pattern with the small repeats is also easy to knit. The finished shawl measures approx. 83 cm x 130 cm, diagonal approx. 160 cm.
