VALLI Shawl, S10917
The texture of this wide scarf is created by alternating knit and purl stitches. Faux cables, rectangular shapes, brioche and seed stitch patterns create an "up and down" – the slopes of her Finnish domicile of choice inspired the French Designer to create this design. Valli is the Finnish word for "slope". The patterns seem to play with vertical and horizontal geometry and are pretty to look at from both sides of the fabric. Camille Romano has written the knitting pattern for the sustainable yarn wool4future, which accentuates the stitch pattern beautifully. The scarf has both texture and is soft at the same time. Its size: 36 cm/14 in wide and 190 cm/75 in long.
