Allington socks, R0419
In the 13th century, Allington Castle was extended to a fortress with six towers lined up along the castle wall. Towers and the wall that alternate - in the top view this might look like the ribbed pattern with a twist of Allington socks. We wonder, if a damsel in the castle would have worn these socks.
