Granny plaid, S9947
Admittedly it can be somewhat boring to crochet all those seemingly endless squares needed for a Granny Square plaid (Afghan). But this one provides some diversity as the squares are worked in two sizes. The Granny Squares with a heart motif act as a special detail, casually repeated all over the throw blanket. The all-rounder yarn Catania makes the blanket perfect for summer. A great project even for beginners who would like to take on a larger project.
