Shawl with Lace Edging, S10261
This pretty summer shawl (approx. 160 x 33 cm/ 63 in x 13 in) is a great project if you would like to try knitting techniques such as short rows and lace patterns. Beginning at the top center with garter stitch, the shawl´s characteristic semi-circular shape is achieved by knitting short rows. The lace edging adds extra pizzazz – both while knitting and when wearing this great shawl. The soft color effects come directly from the cotton yarn Tahiti, which is worked in two colors.
